9. Developer Transactions

The ultimate agreement for purchase, allotment, booking, sale, construction, or conveyance is generally between the customer and the relevant developer/promoter or property owner.

Local Pioneers Realty is not responsible for contractual obligations undertaken by third parties except to the extent specifically agreed in writing.

You should carefully review all booking forms, sale agreements, construction agreements, payment

10. Community Accounts

Certain features may require creation of a community account.

You are responsible for:

You must not share another person’s account or impersonate another person.

Access to private or restricted spaces may be granted, changed, suspended, or revoked based on eligibility and community requirements.

Membership of a private space does not constitute a legal entitlement to any property, price, inventory, allocation, or investment opportunity.

12. Acceptable Use

Users must not use the website or community to:

  • Harass other members

Members should conduct their own due diligence before making an investment decision.

14. User-Generated Content

Where users may post comments, questions, photographs, or other materials, the user retains responsibility for that content.

By posting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it.

You must not upload confidential third-party documents or copyrighted material without permission.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the design, text, branding, original articles, graphics, website structure, and original materials created by Local Pioneers Realty are owned by or licensed to Local Pioneers Realty.
